Deposit and Payment Policy
1. Deposit amount and purpose
- Deposit amount: A non-refundable deposit of $300 is required to reserve a specific puppy or be placed on a waiting list.
- Purpose: This deposit secures the puppy, and the buyer agrees to pay the remaining balance of $1,200 to complete the purchase.
2. Buyer's responsibilities

Final payment: The buyer must pay the final balance on or before the agreed-upon pick-up date, which is approximately eight weeks of age.

Communication: If the buyer can no longer complete the purchase, they must notify the breeder in writing before the puppy reaches six weeks of age.
3. Breeder's responsibilities

Reservation: The breeder agrees to hold the puppy for the buyer and will not sell it to another person.

Health: The puppy will be up-to-date on vaccinations, deworming, and will have had a vet check between six and eight weeks of age.

Pick-up date: The breeder reserves the right to keep the puppy past the original pick-up date if it is deemed necessary for the puppy's health and well-being.
4. Refund and forfeiture policy

Non-refundable: The deposit is non-refundable if the buyer cancels the sale for any reason. The buyer is responsible for the full sales price.

Breach of agreement: If the final payment is not made by the due date and no other written agreement is made, the puppy may be placed back on the market, and the buyer forfeits the deposit.

Breeder cancellation: If the breeder is unable to provide the puppy, the buyer will receive a full refund of the deposit.
5. Other terms

Transferability: The deposit is not transferable to another litter.

Final payment method: The remaining balance is to be paid in cash/certified check at the time of puppy pick-up.

Agreement: This agreement is a legally binding contract. Both parties agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Pickup Policy
- Pickup window: The puppy will be available for pickup by the Buyer on or after the age of 8 weeks between November 24 - 30, 2025, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- Advance notice: The Breeder will notify the Buyer at least 7 days in advance of the start of the pickup window to confirm the exact date and time.
- Timely pickup: The Buyer agrees to pick up the puppy within the specified pickup window.
Pickup process
- Scheduled appointment: All pickups are by appointment only. The Buyer must schedule the pickup with the Breeder.
- Transportation: The Buyer must bring an appropriate carrier, crate, or method of safe and secure transport for the journey home.
- Meet and greet: The pickup will take place at the Breeder's residence, W1941 State Road 92, Brooklyn, WI.
- Paperwork: The Breeder will provide all necessary paperwork at pickup, including vaccination records, microchip information, the signed sales contract.
What to bring for the journey home
- Carrier or crate: An appropriately sized crate is recommended for the car ride, especially if you are traveling alone.
- Leash and collar/harness: Always use a leash and collar or harness for safety.
- Scented blanket: A blanket or toy from the mother and littermates can help the puppy feel more secure.
- Food and water: Bring enough food for the trip and bottled water with a bowl. Many recommend pre-bagging food for each meal. Puppies have been eating Kinetic Performance Puppy Formula.
- Treats: Bring treats to reward good behavior.
- Cleaning supplies: Have paper towels, wet wipes, and cleaning supplies for potential accidents, as the puppy may not be potty trained yet.
Planning the pickup

Time of day:Arranging to pick up the puppy early in the day allows them more time to adjust to their new home before the first night.
